Literacy Alive is blog spot where the importance of literacy, reading, technology, media tools, writing, and any other forms of literacy you can think of can be shared and discussed.  Literacy alive is staggering quality in students today because of the immediacy and availability of so many other types of resources, entertainments, and other activities, that reading has lost some interest.  Of course, there are thousands of ways to inspire literacy as well as thousands of other types of activities that can be considered as literacy.  The question is…what is literacy?  how do we know what literacy is?  and are there different types of literacy?
